The PGA Tour or The Professional Golfers Association of America is an organization that arranges professional golf tours mostly in the United States and North America.

The Professional Golfers Association of America was split off into a separate organization in 1968, for tour players rather than club professionals, who make up the majority of today’s PGA of America. A total of six tours are run by PGA Tour, three of them are worldwide development tours that focus on a particular region or nation, while three of them are mostly contested in the US.

1. PGA Tour: Some of the events take place outside the United States. Mexico holds two events, while South Korea, Japan, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Dominican Republic, the US territory of Puerto Rico, and Bermuda hold one event each year.

2. PGA Tour Champions is the tour for professional senior golf tour for golfers with age 50 and above.

3. Kom Ferry Tour is a US-based Developmental tour for the PGA tour, and it features professional golfers who have either not yet made it to the PGA tour.

4. PGA TOUR Latinoamerica is a third-tier international development professional gold tour established in 2012 and run by the PGA tour.

5. PGA Tour Canada is an international development tour commonly known as the “Canadian Tour”. PGA tour took control of it in 2012.

6. PGA Tour China is an international development tour that came into existence in 2014 after the former china tour ceased its operations after its 2009 season.
