The Singapore Classic Live Online - European Tour Golf 2024

From 21 to 24 March 2024

The Singapore Classic is a new tournament included in the 2023 European Tour. The European tour is back in Singapore after a long time: the last European tour tournament in Singapore was held in 2014.

Fans from Singapore are thrilled about the new tournament, the Singapore Classic is set to be played at its native venue, Laguna National Golf Resort Club, and will commence from 21 February to 24 February 2024.

Laguna National Golf Resort Club is an 18-hole professional golf course located at Laguna Gold Green, Singapore.

History

The first European Tour event in Singapore took place at Laguna National Golf Resort Club in May 2014, under the name “The Champions at Laguna National” which was won by Felipe Aguilar, a Chilean golfer, and the runner-ups were Anders Hansen, a Danish golfer, and David Lipsky, an American golfer.

The Singapore Classic is sponsored by Emirates, a Dubai-based Airline, and BMW, a German luxury car and motorcycle manufacturer.

Prize Money

The total prize money allocated for the Singapore Classic 2024 is 2,500,000 USD which is 25% greater than the previous championship, as the prize pool for the Champions at Laguna National was 15,000,000 USD.
